What is bleed?

Bleed is excess image that extends beyond the page area, this will be trimmed off. 3mm is the standard amount.

What is DPI?

DPI (dots per square inch) is used in print to describe the number of dots used 300 dpi is Standard , if you use 200 dpi it may not be sufficient quality to use.

Can I upload Microsoft Documents?

No. This is because we might not have the same version and fonts as you. If you go to file and “Save As” you can save to a PDF file, this embeds the fonts and images.

What sizes can we print?

We print from A7 A6 A5 A4 A3 in fact as long as we can fit it onto our sheet we will print it. We also have a long sheet with an image size of Max 310 x 640mm.

What size posters do we print?

They range from A2 (420 x 594) to A0 (841 x 1189) on our inkjet, which is best for photographic prints , we also have a large format HP latex printer.

How big is A4?

The correct size is 210 x 297 for the uk you will find that a lot of computers default to American letter (215.9 x 279.4mm)

Payment

I have placed an order online, but my payment failed.
